The Washburne Studio shares a wall with our primary home. Don’t let this deter you. Every part of the Studio is private. The driveway, living space, and courtyard are completely separate. The driveway follows the line of laurels down the driveway. There is a gate with a lever handle to enter your private courtyard surrounded by an 8 ft fence. Then meander up the ramp to your own front door. The space is one level with furniture curated to be transfer height. The handles and faucets are lever handles. The patio has a concrete and brick base. The flooring in the Studio and courtyard are hard and walker or wheelchair friendly.

We live on the border of the trendy Washburne Historic District and are walking distance to downtown Springfield. Main street Springfield features a variety of restaurants and attractions like the Public House, Washburne Cafe, Lovely, and Wildish Theater (Read our guest book for more details!). We are 6 minutes from Autzen Stadium, Matthew Knight Arena, and University of Oregon. Our surrounding neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by family residences.

The private driveway, gated courtyard, and attached Studio are all yours to enjoy. You will be given a code for the smart lock to enter your front door. Local restaurants are walking distance and downtown Springfield is only a few blocks away.

We are 2 blocks away from the river path bike route. Pedal or stroll down the street and to the right, you'll find yourself on a pedestrian path that connects you to downtown Eugene. Beat the event traffic and bike to Autzen stadium or Matthew Knight Arena. Groceries are a short jaunt, 9 grocery stores are within 2 miles. Multiple parks are nearby. Dorris Ranch is a historic hazelnut farm that is 4 miles down the road. The Studio is conveniently located within 5 miles of the highway, making for easy navigation.
