Good to know

The Washburne Studio shares a wall with our primary home. Don’t let this deter you. Every part of the Studio is private. The driveway, living space, and courtyard are completely separate. The driveway follows the line of laurels down the driveway. There is a gate with a lever handle to enter your private courtyard surrounded by an 8 ft fence. Then meander up the ramp to your own front door. The space is one level with furniture curated to be transfer height. The handles and faucets are lever handles. The patio has a concrete and brick base. The flooring in the Studio and courtyard are hard and walker or wheelchair friendly.

We live on the border of the trendy Washburne Historic District and are walking distance to downtown Springfield. Main street Springfield features a variety of restaurants and attractions like the Public House, Washburne Cafe, Lovely, and Wildish Theater (Read our guest book for more details!). We are 6 minutes from Autzen Stadium, Matthew Knight Arena, and University of Oregon. Our surrounding neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by family residences.

The private driveway, gated courtyard, and attached Studio are all yours to enjoy. You will be given a code for the smart lock to enter your front door. Local restaurants are walking distance and downtown Springfield is only a few blocks away.

We are 2 blocks away from the river path bike route. Pedal or stroll down the street and to the right, you'll find yourself on a pedestrian path that connects you to downtown Eugene. Beat the event traffic and bike to Autzen stadium or Matthew Knight Arena. Groceries are a short jaunt, 9 grocery stores are within 2 miles. Multiple parks are nearby. Dorris Ranch is a historic hazelnut farm that is 4 miles down the road. The Studio is conveniently located within 5 miles of the highway, making for easy navigation.

Logan was beyond amazing. Truly one of the best Airbnbs and hosts I have ever experienced. Professionalism and customer service at its finest. As a previous Airbnb host, I know how hard the details are to get right. Logan has done them. The place was immaculate. I’d give 10 stars if I could. If you have any reservations on which place to book, look no further, this is the best in the west. Also, the hot tub is totally private, fireplace private, patio private, windows can get 100% dark… we slept like babies. Truly a pleasure. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb. The host is amazing! The studio is located at the back of the home and has everything you could possible need for your stay. Very private, no noise from the house. Walkable to downtown Springfield (lots of great restaurants, shops). Super comfortable bed and pillows. The space is well laid out. For those of you who don’t pack light, there are plenty of hangers and shelves to organize your things. Large bathroom with rain shower and lots of pressure. The backyard is lovely and private as well.

My stay was amazing! Very clean and host does an excellent job with communicating. My dogs came and they even put little dog bowls and bags out for us. I loved it, if we are even in the area again i will be looking for this listing again. Felt right at home.

We loved this place. Everything was exactly as described. The place and everything in it was orderly and clean. We check every bed for bugs and we we were so happy to see that they have a bed bug cover on their mattress. That was such a relief and made us instantly comfortable. The hot tub was so nice after hiking. The location was so peaceful and quiet. It's very close to restaurants, stores, gas stations, freeway etc. There's only one thing I would change, which is just a personal preference. The front door has glass and there are portions of it where you can see inside the place and even the bed. The unit is behind a fence, which is in the back of the house. The likelihood of anyone seeing inside is slim but I've had encounters with peeping toms. I would have preferred if there was something like frosted glass spray over the front door. To put my mind at ease, we put a towel over the door and a chair in front of it so all the glass was covered. It was an easy fix.

Clean - had everything we needed and more! Very private and easy to get into. Logan messaged to check in and was available if we needed. I truly appreciate finding places that allow dogs; we love being able to bring our pups with us. We visit Eugene many times a year and definitely plan to stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place! I loved how private it was and how we had our own designated driveway which made me us feel very comfortable. The hot tub was very nice and overall such a good place to stay. Would recommend to stay here!

Logan's place is a beautiful and private little oasis. It is spotlessly clean (baseboards, window sills, under the bed, etc.). The bed is extremely comfortable. The outdoor space is lovely and parking is nice. She gives excellent instructions. Simple checkout.
