The Northbank Loft is a completely private unit on the left side of a split home. There are no walls that are shared with the unit on the right, the Riverwalk Retreat. There is a shared laundry room between the two units with multiple sound proofing measures in the 8 ft pantry. Every amenity is yours alone.
